About this project
Brisket.com is a companion site to Texas BBQ Rub, featuring in-depth brisket guides, temperature charts, and recipes from my dad, Bill Cannon, a six-time American Royal People's Choice Award winner. I built and launched it as a content and conversion funnel that feeds into the Texas BBQ Rub store and links out to BBQHelp for AI-assisted Q&A.
